What should I do if my product is damaged?
When your items arrive, please check the packaging. If you see any damage, including to the box, note it when you sign for delivery. If you're unable to open the package but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your items arrive damaged, please email photos to Support@compactlivingpro.com, and we’ll arrange an immediate replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
